- Introduction
- 1.1 This document is also known as the Jericho VIP CARD Terms & Conditions.
1.2 This document sets out the Terms & Conditions of the Jericho provided by London Sales Pty Ltd. These Terms & Conditions are intended to protect you and Jericho.
1.3 These Terms & Conditions will apply to you (the Member) from the time of sign-up, of a Jericho VIP CARD.
1.4 You must read this document carefully before you sign-up to the Jericho VIP CARD. If you do not understand these Terms & Conditions of use or if you have any questions, please call our Jericho VIP CARD Customer Service Centre Team on 1300 779902 and they will be happy to help you. - Definitions
- "Application Form" means the Application Form required to be completed by an individual to become a Cardholder.
"Benefits" means the facilities, services, products, discounts, offers, activities and events or arrangements offered or available to Members from timt to time.
"Dollar or $" means Australian dollars.
"Membership Card" means each Jericho VIP CARD issued by Jericho to an individual that is linked to the Member's Jericho VIP CARD Account.
"Jericho" Trading as London Sales Pty Ltd (ABN 42 382 694 725) of 31/30 Mudgeeraba Rd, Mudgeeraba QLD 4213.
"Jericho VIP CARD" means any Membership Card that is linked to you Jericho VIP CARD Account.
"Jericho VIP CARD Account" means the Program Account held by London Sales in your name.
"Jericho Customer Service Centre" means the telephone call centre established by London Sales where Jericho VIP CARD Account information is processed and enquiries are handled. The number to call is 1300 779902.
"Terms & Conditions" means these Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time.
"You" or "Your" is a reference to the individual in whose name the Jericho VIP CARD Account is help. - Participation and Membership
- 3.1 Participation in the Jericho VIP CARD Program is open only to individuals. Participation is offered at the discretion of London Sales and London Sales has the right to accept or reject any application to participate at its sole discretion.
3.2 You will be bound by these Terms & Conditions upon signing the Jericho VIP CARD Application Form. These Terms & Conditions are deemed to have been accepted and will be binding on a Member upon first use of a Jericho VIP CARD, on signing and returning the Application Form, or completing the Application Form online at www.jerichodeadsea.com
3.3 All Members will be assigned a membership number. This number will be used for identification purposes by Jericho.
3.4 Jericho VIP CARDS are not debit, credit or charge cards, and are not transferable and remain the property of Jericho.
3.5 Membership may be cancelled/refused to individuals by Jericho at its discretion, if Membership is deemed to be fraudulent or linked to a fraudulent Membership. - Benefits and Special Promotions
- 4.1 The current features and benefits of the Jericho VIP CARD are described on the Jericho website, which you can access here. Jericho may notify you from time to time of additional websites that set out features or Benefits of the Jericho VIP CARD.
4.2 If Jericho makes available a special Jericho VIP CARD promotion, Jericho will specify this, by notice via mail, email, sms or at relevant Jericho locations. Terms & Conditions specific to that promotion should include such details relating (but not limited) to- the eligible purchases;
- the period during which an eligible purchase must be made for it to be the subject of the special promotion; and
- the length of the relevant special promotion term.
4.3 If Jericho invites you to a special event, your Jericho VIP CARD may be required to gain admittance or discount.
4.4 From time to time Jericho may send you offers in conjunction with other loyalty programs operated within Jericho locations.
4.5 From time to time Jericho may send you offers from partners or Affiliates of Jericho. - Errors and Lost or Stolen Membership or Program Cards
- 5.1 You must notify the Jericho VIP CARD Customer Service Centre immediately if a Jericho VIP CARD is lost or stolen. Jericho is not liable for any delay in replacing Jericho VIP CARD or for any unauthorized use of a Jericho VIP CARD.
5.2 Lost or stolen Jericho VIP CARD Cards must be reported to the Jericho Customer Service Centre on 1300 779902. - Jericho VIP CARD Changes
- 6.1 Jericho reserves the right at all times to make any changes to the Jericho VIP CARD Terms & Conditions, rewards or Benefits offered at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- Changes to all rules
- Changes to Benefits offered.
- Updating Account Information
- Jericho will give you at least 30 days notice of any material changes to these Terms and Conditions Jericho will give you notice, no later than the day on which the change takes effect, of any other changes to these Terms and Conditions.
- Termination and Transfer
- 8.1 Jericho reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Jericho VIP CARD, if Jericho reasonably believes that you have, breached these Terms and Conditions.
8.2 You may terminate your participation in the Jericho VIP CARD at any time by giving Jericho written notice. This can be done by writing to: Jericho VIP CARD 31/30 Mudgeeraba Road, Mudgeeraba, QLD 4213 . On receiving a notice of termination from you, your Jericho VIP CARD Account will be recorded on the Jericho database as closed. - General Information
- 9.1 Any failure or delay by Jericho in exercising its rights under these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of those rights by Jericho. Any waiver by Jericho must be in writing and signed by an authorized officer of Jericho.
9.2 Jericho reserves the right to terminate the Jericho VIP CARD at any time by giving you at least 30 days prior written notice.
9.3 Jericho may give you notice:- by advertisement in a newspaper circulating throughout Australia;
- online;
- in writing;
9.4 Where Jericho gives you notice by post, you agree that, unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions, the notice is deemed to have been given to you:- on the date of actual receipt of the notice or on the date it would have been delivered in the ordinary course of post, whichever occurs first; and
- it is sent to the last known address Jericho has for you in connection with Jericho VIP CARD.
9.5 You must advise Jericho of any change of name, address, or other details as soon as the change occurs. Changes to address can be made in writing or by calling the Jericho VIP CARD Customer Service Centre on 1300 779902. - Jericho VIP CARD Privacy Notice

This privacy notice is provided to you by Jericho VIP CARD and contains important information regarding the collection, use, disclosure, security and access of your personal information. - Collection
- The information we collect includes:
- Information provided by you on the Application Form
- Transactional information when you shop using your Jericho VIP CARD such as, but not limited to, the store(s) you shopped at, when you shopped, your purchases and method of payment.
- Information that we may gain from other sources relevant to the Jericho VIP CARD
- Information you may provide from time to time through contact with the Jericho VIP CARD Customer Service Centre or that you provide on the Jericho websites such as www.jerichodeadsea.com
- Use and Disclosure
- Where such disclosures are made, your personal information will be protected through confidentiality agreements and other contractual obligations. Jericho may use your information to keep you informed about special promotions, events, product launches and other special offers and discounts, relevant to the Jericho VIP CARD and its Members through various communication channels unless otherwise advised. Jericho may also use your information for planning, research, marketing and product and service development.
- Safeguarding Your Information
- Jericho will take all reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is protected from unauthorized access, misuse, modification and disclosure while stored or transmitted by us.
Each Member will be assigned a membership card upon enrolment in the Jericho VIP CARD. This number will be used for security of information and for identifying Members. - Access or Update Your Personal Information
